The accommodation is peacefully set within a traditional 3 storey Victorian terrace which retains many period features. Rooms enjoy either a view to nearby Arthur's Seat or to the walled gardens. Groups of up to 17 persons can be catered for and on street parking is FREE.

Located at the foot of the spectacular Arthur's Seat in the popular Newington area of Edinburgh, we are only 15-25 minutes walk from the heart of Edinburgh with its many unique and wonderful attractions, including: Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Princess Street, Holyrood Park and Palace and the many other visitor attractions in Edinburgh.
We are also within easy reach of Edinburgh University, the Royal Infirmary and the Scottish Parliament.
